Terms & Conditions
The Institute of Business Modeling LLC ("IMB"), owner of the platforms www.imb.al and alpha.al, provides Alpha services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. By creating an account, accessing, or using the Alpha platform and services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accepted these terms.
These terms create a legally binding contractual relationship between you and IMB. If you use the services on behalf of a legal entity or company, you represent that you have the necessary authority to represent that entity.
IMB reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these terms or unauthorized use of the platform.
Use of the Alpha Services is permitted only for persons over 18 years old or for legal entities registered under Albanian law.
Use of the platform for competitive purposes, monitoring, reverse engineering, technical analysis, or other unauthorized activities without IMB's prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
IMB reserves the right to change, modify, or update these terms at any time. Any change becomes effective after publication on the platform or after electronic notice to the client.
Continued use of the Alpha Services after the changes take effect is considered acceptance of them by the user.
IMB provides cloud software services for business management, accounting, sales, warehouse management, and operational processes through the Alpha platform.
Services may include:
• Alpha packages
• Hourly work services
• Features with usage quotas
• Integrations and additional modules
IMB makes reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and proper operation of the platform, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The client is responsible for keeping login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through their account.
Each user must use individual login credentials. The client must immediately notify IMB of any unauthorized use, loss of access, or suspected security breach.
IMB is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use of credentials.
Use of the Alpha Services is subject to monthly or annual fees according to the package selected by the client.
All payments are made in advance and are non-refundable. In case of late payment, IMB reserves the right to suspend access to the platform and apply late-payment interest according to applicable Albanian legislation.
The client retains ownership of all data uploaded to the platform. IMB processes this data only to provide and maintain the services.
The client guarantees that the uploaded data:
• Is lawful
• Does not violate third-party rights
• Does not contain malware, viruses, or illegal content
IMB applies technical and organizational measures to protect data and the security of the cloud platform.
The platform may not be used for:
• Illegal activities
• Reverse engineering
• Unauthorized copying or resale
• Distribution of malware or attacks against the system
• Unauthorized automation that damages platform operation
Any violation may lead to immediate suspension or closure of the account.
All rights to the Alpha platform, source code, trademarks, design, and documentation are the exclusive property of IMB.
Use of the services does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the client.
IMB is not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, business interruption, data loss, or other damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Alpha Services.
IMB's total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services during the last 6 months.
The client may stop using the services at any time by notifying IMB in writing.
After termination of the agreement, IMB may permanently delete the account and related data according to its data retention policies.
These terms are governed and interpreted according to the legislation of the Republic of Albania.
Any dispute will first be resolved amicably. In the absence of an agreement, the competent jurisdiction will be the Albanian courts.
